Puppy Deposit, Final Payment, and Shipping Fees
This page is available to make puppy reservation, and payments convenient.
Please note: A $500 puppy deposit must be made in order to reserve a puppy for a current litter, or a future litter.
Final payments are not due until pick up, or until a delivery is scheduled. Any additional shipping cost will be estimated for your approval upon request.
Please send an e-mail to cookfarmkennels@gmail.com if you have any questions, or problems making your payment. We will also contact you after we have received conformation of any payments made on this page; please allow 24 hours for confirmation.
The remaining amount due for your puppy includes any shipping costs that you have agreed too. If you are picking your puppy up from our location, there are no shipping fees. Please wait to make the final payment until you have confirmed the total amount due with Darlene Cook.

Reserve a puppy by placing a deposit

This deposit guarantees you a puppy, however it is on a first come first serve basis. If the puppy you want is not available for any reason, your deposit will reserve a puppy for the next litter. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are valid for one year from the original deposit date. We will keep you updated with pictures and arrange shipping if requested.
